Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tees-Clo. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive your order.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@tees-clo.com with the subject line "Return". In your email, please include:
    1. Your order number
    2. The item(s) you wish to return
  2. Send your package to: Golo Böwer, Konradstraße 8, 48145 Münster, Germany (representative address for Tees-Clo)

Important Notes Regarding Refunds:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The original shipping cost of your order is non-refundable.
  • If returning items causes your order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost for orders under the free shipping limit will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging). Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused during delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@tees-clo.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the issue — we'll fix the problem at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We're happy to help you exchange an item for a different size or color.

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@tees-clo.com with the subject line "Exchange". In your email, please include:
    1. Your order number
    2. The item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason
    3. The desired size and color
  2. Place a new order yourself for the replacement item on tees-clo.com.
  3. Send the original item to: Golo Böwer, Konradstraße 8, 48145 Münster, Germany (representative address for Tees-Clo)

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges. The new order will be processed and shipped independently.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees as described above. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
