Shipping time depends on the location of the product. Each product page will specify the shipping type.

The delivery times listed above are based on shipping to Germany. Delivery to other countries may be slightly different.

 

Duties and Customs

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient. 

We do not collect these fees in advance and cannot predict the exact amount, as they vary depending on your country's laws and the total value of your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs charges may apply and agree to cover them if incurred.

Important Country Information:

Below is an overview of common customs rules for some countries we ship to (based on apparel shipments such as T-shirts):

  • USA: No customs duties or import taxes for orders under $800 USD.
  • United Kingdom: VAT (20%) may apply on all orders; customs duties apply above £135.  
  • European Union: Orders under €150 are VAT-liable (~20%), but usually duty-free.  
  • Japan: Customs charges and VAT (10%) may apply on orders above ¥10,000 (~€65). S
  • South Korea: Customs duties (~13%) and VAT (10%) may apply above $150 USD.  
  • Singapore: Goods and Services Tax (8%) may apply on orders above SGD 400.  
  • Malaysia: Sales Tax (8%) and duties may apply on orders above MYR 500.  

Customs authorities may hold your package or request payment before delivery. In such cases, please follow their instructions for release.

If you refuse to pay the applicable fees and the package is returned, shipping costs and return handling fees will not be refunded.
